Front Squat - Work to Heavy Single - then 90%x2x2 - 80%x3x3
 
 
WOD
 
Ladder 1 to 10 - Chest 2 Bar pullups
do 3 Burpee box jumps between each set
 
so 1 C2B pullup - 3 Burpee Box jumps - 2 C2B pullups - 3 Box Jumps - 3 C2B pullups up til 10 C2B

I was amazed that the burpees werent the hard part today. Arm is slowly getting better. Front Squat 135, 120, 110 Wod 10:42 Blue/little

FS: 205,185, 175 - not my best day. Finally got warmed up and felt good about the 2nd to last set. WOD: Awkward and sluggish - 9:16

This was one of those WODs that was much tougher than I thought it would be when I first read it. 9:13.
